Life Harbour, the largest private marina and one in Romania that provides integrated yachting, Black Sea Sailing, Boat Owners Association and Yacht Club Regal Roman, the oldest yacht club in Romania, launched Cup Regatta - McCann - Erickson. It is the first time three entities of this size, which hold individual schools and organizes independently yachting yachting competitions, have joined forces to launch the largest cup regatta in Romania.
Cup McCann - Erickson will include five Regatta which will be held between Vama Veche and offshore drilling platforms, with the waypoints North Marina Eforie Tomis Port and Marina Limanu. Each competition will have on average a total of 25 boats with sails and the total number of those who will be on board these boats will rise to 200.
"It is a pride for us and also an honor to be associated with two other prestigious institutions that already have a history of organizing yachting competitions in Romania and beyond. We believe that this association is more than a partnership, is an important step that will help develop all inclusive ski holidays and thus strengthen local yachting industry, all inclusive ski holidays "said Michael Marcus, shareholder Life Harbour.

The first regatta will begin on 7 June 2013, being organized by the Black Sea Sailing and NauticLife; the second two Regatta will take place from the 21 to 21 June, the regatta "King Michael I" organized by YCRR; The third regatta will take place from July 19 to 21 being organized in partnership with LifeHarbour NauticLife; give the four regatta will take place between August 15 to 18, is organized by YCRR and NauticLife; and of last regatta of the cup will take place from August 31 to September 1 of Black Sea Sailing is organized in partnership with the City of Mangalia.
Erickson McCann Cup is a national competition that targets yachting enthusiasts and those who practice it are open to all owners of boats, but not only. The program of events is as follows:
