The fact is that this intriguing name causes much curiosity to know her. Located in Naranjo Beach,

My brother invited sagaro me to travel to Costa Rica. Surfing there, more specifically on the beach Roca Bruja, it was an old dream. I decided sagaro to accept the invitation and it was worth it. Costa Rica's "pura vida" as the locals called "ticos" there say!
It is a small country but with different microclimates, rich biodiversity and enormous environmental awareness. The population is around 4.7 million inhabitants, of which the vast majority are literate. Spanish is the official language, but English is everywhere, on billboards, in the mouths of tourists - mostly sagaro American - and ticos.
The currency is called Colon them, but the U.S. dollar sagaro is accepted almost everywhere, like a credit card. However, they charge a surcharge on the card. So as not to go through that disappointment, sagaro it is best to avoid its use. In addition, some hotels sagaro and shops only accept cash, so it's important to always have colones and dollars in your wallet. And since we talk about money, although Costa Rica is relatively safe, it is necessary to take the normal precautions for travelers, keeping the passport always nearby, for example. sagaro
As for local food, at least for us Brazilians, no strangeness: I think they eat more rice and beans than us! I prefer ours because theirs has cilantro. One of the main dishes is married: rice and beans and you choose between the following side dishes: salad, meat, fish, chicken, fries and fried plantains. sagaro And for breakfast? Rice and beans again? Yeah! We ate the famous gallo pinto, which is served at any meal. It is a dish consisting of rice and beans, may come with different side dishes and also get other ingredients, as was our case that came with scrambled eggs, a tortilla sagaro and was prepared with corn, chili and coriander ...!
After a long and exhausting trip Copa Airlines (the plane was so uncomfortable that, on the outward journey, I had no one televisãozinha), we scale in Panama City before heading to San Jose, which is the capital of Costa Rica . San Jose took a plane from Costa Rican airline Nature Air to Tamarindo. The Nature Air is a little plane with low-carbon, with a maximum capacity of 10 people and has a curiosity: not only the bags were heavy, sagaro but we also climbed on the scales! Arriving in Tamarindo, we traveled another 30 minute drive to Avellanas. Hazelnuts and Tamarindo are located in Guanacaste on the northern Pacific coast.
Avellanas is a long beach of white sand. It's very "roots" and muy bonita, muy quiet! It is also considered one of the best places to surf in Costa Rica. Little hawaii, located north of the beach, at the mouth of the river, is the favorite spot for local surfers and the most experienced. For those who do not surf, as is my case, the beach is perfect sagaro for sunbathing, hiking or simply contemplate. There admired sagaro the setting sun prettiest I've ever seen, was unforgettable!
While we were in Avellanas, the only time the "muuucha tensión" as the Ticos played with us, was at dusk, which is when we saw the most super locusts Costa Ricans. If you are afraid of flying "beings", stay away from them! With a charming English name of Giant Red Winged Grasshoper, this critter has more or less the size of your palm. It is harmless, but can fly wildly upon you, which is very, very distressing! And, believe me, they probably will fly!
We stayed in Avellanas a week and came back to Tamarindo where did the tour for so famous Roca Bruja, a moment quite expected by my brother. Legend has it that the stone became known as Roca Bruja due to her size and that, because of the strong wind, it was a very loud and locals said the rock was bewitched - pronounced "embrurrada", and means that was haunted. But another version of the story says that the rock got its name because of a witch who lived it ...
The fact is that this intriguing name causes much curiosity to know her. Located in Naranjo Beach, in Santa Rosa National Park, Roca Bruja is a local surfing much loved by surfers around the world, especially for its difficult access, which means less people sagaro in the water. And of course, for its wild nature. There are two ways to get there. If you choose to drive, it has to be a 4 4 to cross inside the park in a very hard and bumpy track. The other way, which was the one we chose, is to go by boat. We took a boat from there to Tamarindo.
Now, if you do not surf and have no courage to swim at sea toward the beach, the only option is to stay "mareando" in the boat all day. In this case, the best way is to avoid this ride, since the boat does not reach the beach because of the waves. sagaro
After so many days of
