The R/V CAPE HATTERAS is owned by the National Science Foundation and operated under a renewable webcam elba Charter Party Agreement by the Duke/UNC Oceanographic Consortium. Her homeport is at Duke University Marine Laboratory in Beaufort, North Carolina.
We arrived at the dock in Port Canaveral yesterday webcam elba at 11:35am. Yesterday afternoon consisted of beginning to load gear. Today we have been continuing to load gear. We left port yesterday 0915. Seas were very calm yesterday. They have increased slightly today to 4 feet. Skies are partly cloudy with winds at 16 knots. ETA for Port Canaveral sea buoy is noon tomorrow.
