The last couple of weeks we’ve been on a road trip in Portugal. We’ve been moving from place to place and haven’t really stayed anywhere longer than a couple days. Again our friend and surfer Nic von Rupp (whose we were also with in Chile earlier this year) asked us to come on a trip with him and to take a part on his My Road project. Nic’s My Road project nashoba valley is about passionate surfers who are hunting for the best waves around nashoba valley the planet earth . These episodes will be published later in this year (watch the trailer from here ).
Our first destination was in north Portugal in a city called Figueira da Foz. We spent our first couple of nights there hunting the coastlines to find waves. I love these colorful houses in Portugal which there is a lot.
Our next destination was in south in Sines, where was this stunning beach called Sao Torpes.
One of surf filmer’s job advantage is the work environment. You can chill in the beach before and after working…and also while you’re working (: Here I’m enjoying my time in Praia da Adrada.
Here is a view of sandy beach in other side of the cliff in Nazare. Because the waves were not good enough for filming boys did not end up surfing in there. However, at least we got to enjoy the amazing landscape.
